摘 要:本论文合成氯溴化N-正丁基基吡啶离子液体[BPy]Br并用[BPy]Br作催化剂,以乙酸和异戊醇为原料合成了乙酸异戊酯,并讨论用浓硫酸做催化剂合成乙酸异戊酯。采用红外光谱、折光率、熔点测定对产品结构进行表征,考察了酸醇物质的量比、催化剂用量、反应时间、反应温度等对反应的影响。确定最佳反应条件为:乙酸用量3.0g、酸醇物质的量比1∶5、催化剂用量5%、加热回流时间1.5h,在此条件下,乙酸异戊酯收率达90.1%。关键词:溴化N-正丁基吡啶离子液体、浓硫酸、乙酸异戊酯、催化合成7908
Applied Research of The Ionic Liquid Synthetic Esters isopentyl acetate
Abstract: In this paper, synthesis of N-butyl bromide pyridine ionic liquid [BPy] Br and [BPy] Br as catalyst, with acetic acid and Isopentanol as raw materials was synthesized isopentyl acetate, and made with sulfuric acid catalyst for the synthesis of isopentyl acetate Were characterized with infrared spectrum of product structure, investigates the molar ratio of alcohol acid, catalyst dosage, reaction time, the influence of reaction temperature on the reaction. Optimum reaction conditions were determined as follows: acetic acid dosage is 3.0g, molar ratio of alcohol acid 1:7, [BPy]Br catalyst dosage is 2.0g, heating reflux time 4 h, under this condition, isopentyl acetate yield was 90.1%.
