摘要:“人是企业最重要的资产”这句话已经越来越深入人心,而管理人员更是这类资产中最为贵重的。因此,加强对员工的培训开发,特别是管理人员的素质培训,是企业提高核心竞争力的一条行之有效的良策。本毕业论文以国有企业的管理人员为研究对象,对我国的国有企业管理人员的培训环境、现状、方法和问题做了分析和探讨,以贵州振华华联电子有限公司为例分析该企业现有的管理人员培训方法以及存在的问题,系统的提出了建立有效的国有企业管理人员培训方法的流程、方法和实施保障。8818

A Study of State-owned Enterprises Management Training Methods
——Of Guizhou zhenhua hualian electronics limited company as an example
Abstract: "People are the most important asset in company ", it has become increasingly popular. So the management staff plays the most valuable role. Therefore, to enhance staff training, especially in the quality of training of management personnel, is to improve the core competitiveness of enterprises an effective strategy. In this paper, the management of state-owned enterprises as the research object to China's state-owned enterprises management training environment, status, methods and problems were discussed. Guizhou Zhenhua Hualian Electronics Limited Company as an example to analyze the company's existing management training methods and problems. Proposing the establishment of an effective system of state-owned,enterprise management training methods processes, methods and implementation.
