摘要:近年来,食品安全问题层出不穷,消费者对待食品卫生安全的信心逐渐下降。中国是肉类生产及消费大国,而冷鲜肉是集多重优点于一身的新型肉类产品,与热鲜肉相比较,冷鲜肉口感佳,营养高,安全卫生,更加便于消费者选购。
本论文首先概括了内蒙古地区中小型冷鲜肉加工企业发展现状,着重研究了其生产现状、优势及营销现状。通过定性定量分析,结合相关文献和营销理论基础研究总结中小型冷鲜肉加工企业在产品、STP、竞争三个方面的营销现状。最后,针对其营销中存在的问题,提出相应的策略,以希望中国中小型冷鲜肉加工企业采取恰当的营销战略,抓住机遇发展。8771

The analysis of marketing situation and countermeasures of Inner Mongolia small and medium chilled fresh meat processing enterprises
Abstract:In recent years, food safety problems emerge in an endless stream.The consumers' food safety confidence gradually declined. China's meat production and consumption country, and chilled fresh meat has many advantages. Compared with the hot meat, chilled fresh meat has good taste, high nutrition and health and safety. It’s convenient for consumers to buy.
This paper firstly summarizes the development status of small and medium type chilled fresh meat processing enterprises in Inner Mongolia area. This paper focuses on its present production situation, and puts forward the sustainable development of chilled fresh meat processing enterprises. Through qualitative and quantitative analysis, in the three aspects of product, STP, competitive marketing status summarizes small cold meat processing enterprises research. Finally, the paper summarizes the problems of marketing and puts forward the corresponding strategies.Hoping that Chinese small and medium chilled fresh meat processing enterprises take appropriate marketing strategy, seizing the opportunity to develop.
