Investigation of Company H Staff Turnover Problem
Abstract: Human resources as the most valuable resources in the enterprise,which is decided to enterprise survival and development of important factors. Staffs loss problem in the fierce competition in the talent market has become an important problem to solve. The loss of employees not only make the enterprise operating costs and operating costs, will weaken the enterprise competitive advantage, hinder the further development. This article is based on the above consideration, through the analysis of human resources management present situation of H company, based on the theory of modern human resource management and employment and employee retention model, discusses the factors affecting employee retention, put forward the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.
