摘 要:人力资源管理在企业发展中占有重要的位置,而人力资源开发又在人力资源管理中占有重要的地位。小微企业要想在激烈地竞争中立于不败之地,就必须加强人力资源开发,提高企业的综合竞争力。本文挖掘我国小微企业在人力资源开发过程中存在认识不清、战略目标模糊等问题,提出深入理解人力资源开发、建立人力资源开发体系等方面的建议。并以JHGL为例,分析JHGL在人力资源开发中存在的一些问题,并提出改进意见。38116 毕业论文关键词:小微企业;人力资源开发;体制
Problems and Countermeasures of Small and micro businesses in human resource development
Abstract: Human resource management occupies an important position in the development of enterprise, and human resources development in the human resource management plays an important role in. Small micro enterprise wants to in the fierce competition in an invincible position, it is necessary to strengthen the human resource development, improve the comprehensive competitiveness of enterprises. In this paper, the excavation of our small micro enterprise problems understanding unclear, strategic objective fuzzy in human resource development process, put forward in-depth understanding of human resource development, the establishment of human resource development system suggestions. Taking JHGL as an example, analyzed the problems existed in the development of human resource of JHGL, and put forward some suggestions for improvement.
