摘 要:人力资源管理外包可以降低企业的管理成本、精简企业管理组织结构,能有效提高企业效率,因此企业人力资源管理外包已是大势所趋,然而由于我国人力资源管理外包起步较晚,外包市场复杂,外包服务商众多,服务水平良莠不齐,我国相关的法律法规以及政策还不完善,企业在进行人力资源管理外包过程中存在诸多风险。通过对企业人力资源管理外包的风险的分析,并对企业人力资源管理外包商选择、经营安全等风险防范措施作了简要思考,提出了企业人力资源管理外包风险防范的措施,以便为我国人力资源管理外包的发展提供借鉴。35137 毕业论文关键词:企业人力资源管理;外包;风险
The Risk of Enterprise Human Resource Management Outsourcing and Its Countermeasures
Abstract: Outsourcing human resource (HR) functions help companies minimize management costs, simplify the structure of organizations and create greater efficiency within management system, which has become a trend. Nonetheless, there are many tangible risks to outsource human resource functions, such as it’s not a long time for human resources outsourcing to enter the domestic market, accompanying with the complicated market of HR outsourcing and there are still no complete policies, regulations or standards for numerous outsourcing providers which lead to the uneven service levels. This paper analyses the risks of outsourcing the HR functions of firms that include options of outsourcing providers and the venture of business security, which also gives the thinking of risk avoidance and prevention measures and the specific measures are presented, so that it can be regarded as an instruction and basis for the development of domestic human resource outsourcing functions.
