The Analysis of the Pension Service Present Situation of Private Pension Service Agencies
Abstract：At this stage, with intensification of population aging and old aging, the problem of supporting aged people is gradually developing into a critical factor that imposes restrictions on social progress and leads to turbulence. Folk service agency for the aged, as the significant part of developing old-age care, can make up for those existing problems in current old-age care of our nation, and effectively compensate for current mechanism for the aged. However, as our old-age care is still at developmental phase, and some problems still exist. For example, the quantity demand of folk service agency for the aged exceeds supple; the support strength from nation and the public is not enough; its professionalization remains to be improved. For the development of our national old-age care, and for the happy old age to all old people, we shall solve the exiting problems from the aspects of relieving disparities between supply and demand, enhancing support strength from all circles, and accelerating professionalization and professionalism of old-age service industry, etc.

民间养老服务机构的养老服务现状分析
前言
世界上通常把60岁以上人口所占总人口10%的比重，或者65岁以上人口占总人口7%的比例，作为某个区域或者国家是否步入老龄化社会的衡量准则。2011年4月28日我国统计局公布了第吹冰次中国人口普查的数据公报，根据资料表明，我国总人口数是13亿7053万6875，60岁及60岁以上人口数是1.78亿，比重13.26%，相对于2000年增加2.93个百分点，当中65岁及65岁以上人口数是1.18亿，比重8.87%，相对于2000年增加1.91个百分点 。人口老龄化的速度日益加快，目前需要迫切处理的一个社会难题就是如何养老。
根据社会福利社会化地普遍实施以及养老态度的改变，中国的民间养老机构发展迅猛。最近几年，不断增多的民间养老服务机构，在处理社会化养老难题上担任着重要的角色。然而民间养老机构的服务能力、品质及情况都有很多不足。所以，在不断培育民间养老机构的时候，也要关注服务品质的不断完善与进步，来实现满足老年人需求的养老，以便他们安度余生，从实际层面切实处理好老龄化形势下养老的难题。
