摘要:最近数年来,随着世界经济形势的不景气,我国GDP增长的下行空间逐渐显现,企业状况大多欠佳,作为国民经济主体的国有企业也深受影响,怎样在困难的时候规避风险安全发展,已经成了国有企业决策时考虑的必要条件。在我国国民经济中处于主导地位的国有企业,尽管在改革中通过改制的方式逐步取得经营的自主权利。但是,市场上的竞争如此激烈,国有企业受国家政策、历史遗留影响等方面影响,特别是在有重大影响力的薪酬和福利方面,国有企业和其他企业相比并没有很大的优势,不利于国有企业的长远发展。通过薪酬柔性激励体系的优化和创新,对优秀的员工产生足够的拉力、让优秀员工充分发挥作用,已成为企业发挥内部优势、挖掘自身潜力的重要内容,关系到企业能否实现自己的宏观目标。本文分析国有企业薪酬激励机制的运行现状及存在的问题,以中钢集团耐火材料集团有限公司为例对我国国有企业人力资源管理中的薪酬柔性激励机制创新作了初步研究。25717 毕业论文关键词:国有企业改革;柔性激励;薪酬体系
