A Study on the Factors Affecting the Employment of College Students——Taking Nanjing Agricultural University as an Example
Abstract：With the university enrollment since the number of college students in China increased year by year, the education model from the previous elite education turned to popular education. The number of fresh students in the university gradually increased each year, the employment pressure of college students also increased, the problem of employment difficult to become increasingly prominent. On this issue, the state leaders and many scholars attach great importance to, and has been committed to exploring the employment rate of college graduates to improve the relevant policies and measures. Based on the above background, this paper intends to use the method of theoretical analysis and empirical analysis to distribute the questionnaire in the range of the graduates of Nanjing Agricultural University, summarize the questionnaire data, analyze the employment factors that affect college graduates, Health problems.

关于大学生就业影响因素的研究——以南京农业大学为例
近年来,我国的高等教育由精英教育模式转向了大众教育模式。大学生的就业压力也随之增大，就业难的问题日益突出。解决好大学生就业，使更多的新生代力量能够合理的配置到适合的岗位上去，这样不断培养新的劳动人才，为用人单位及时输送年轻的精英人才来替换不适合时代发展或者即将退休的劳动者，有利于我们这个社会的经济达到一个良性发展循环的状态。

1．研究背景
近年来,我国的高等教育由精英教育模式转向了大众教育模式。 数据表明，2014年全国普通大学毕业生人数达到727万，2015年全国普通大学毕业生人数达到749万，这一模式下，每年都会有数量众多的大学生走向社会寻找工作。
