摘要:企业的发展管理过程中,领导风格的有效实施对员工工作绩效的提高会在企业管理过程中产生重要的作用。本文主要是从领导风格类型的相关理论出发,通过实证研究的方法,分析领导风格对员工工作绩效影响;从而得出结论,交易型领导风格和变革型领导风格对周边绩效、任务绩效和工作绩效都存在相关关系且有显著影响,其中变革型领导风格对工作绩效的影响大于交易型领导风格。24688 毕业论文关键词:领导风格;工作绩效;交易型领导风格;变革型领导风格
Study on the effects of leadership style on employee job performance
Abstract: The process of development and management of enterprises,improve the effective implementation of leadership style on job performancewill have an important role in the process of management. This paper is mainlyfrom the related theories of leadership style, through empirical research methods, analysis of the impact of leadership style on job performance; thus the conclusion, transactional leadership and transformational leadership style on contextual performance, task performance and job performance are storedin relationship and have a significant impact, the impact of transformational leadership style on job performance than transactional leadership style.
