Abstract:Employee’s emotion is directly related to enterprise development and social stability.To confront,guide and counsel employee’s emotion and to help them to realize self—value is an important measure of enterprise harmonious development,and of improving core competence.How emotional self-management and managers how to effectively manage employees' mood because of the significant impact the overall performance of the enterprise, more and more attention to the business community. Everyone has his own emotion.Every corporation consisting of inpiduals also has its emotion.Sometimes it has great influence on our everyday work, life, even decide our decision. Emotion is a kind of capital for every corporation.Sometimes it can determine corporation’s competitive power.It also may promote intellectual capital,and determine character and humanization degree of corporation.
