摘要:随着我国人均寿命延长和养老基金支付压力的增加,关于延迟退休年龄的讨论成为了当前社会各界所关注的议题。本文以文献为基础,对上海市静安区 C 电子公司 10 名企业职工进行了深入访谈。通过研究发现,企业职工对延迟退休年龄的态度主要分为三种类型,即反对,支持和中立。其中,对于自身健康状况的担忧,对于养老负担加重的不满和社会福利的被剥夺感是反对性认知的主要原因。而支持性认知的主要原因,则包括希望充实老年生活,支持男女退休年龄平等和充分利用人力资源。而受延迟退休影响较小的群体则持中立态度。总的来看,目前企业职工对延迟退休年龄的总体认同接受度有待提高,建议在广泛调查的基础上采用弹性退休政策循序渐进进行改革。 19999 毕业论文关键词:企业员工;退休年龄;延迟退休;养老保障
The Employee Attitudes to Delaying the Retirement Age In
Electronic Company C, Jing an District, Shanghai
Abstract:With the increasing China's life expectancy and pension payment pressure,
discussion about the delay retirement age has become a social concern issues. Based on the
literature, this paper conducted in‐depth interviews of 10 workers in Shanghai City, Jing an
District C electronics company. Through the research discovery, employee attitude to delay the
retirement age is mainly pided into three types, oppose, support and neutral. Among them,
for their own health concerns, the pension burden and social deprivation are the main reasons
of oppose cognitive. And the main causes of support cognitive, including to enrich life in old
age, to support the retirement age for men and women equality and full utilization of human
resources. And for the less affected group is neutral. Overall, the enterprise workers to delay
retirement age acceptance should be improved, suggestions on the basis of extensive
investigation by the flexible retirement policy of gradual reform.
