Abstract
With the development of the harmonious socialist society with Chinese
characteristics, social work, both with social workers, are playing a
growing important role in many respects, such as, coordination of social
relations, preventing social conflicts, solving social problems and so on.
As the machine conveying professional talents for the society, social work
education also becomes more important. At the same time, the rapid
development of social work and the increasing social demand promote us to
reform the social work courses. The author chose a school as sample to
investigate the satisfaction of social work curriculum from the
perspective of students. After that, to put forward the reform plan, the
author would like to combine with the survey results and the actual situation.

1．1 研究背景
随着改革开放的进程不断加深，自 2006年开始，我国的社会工作制度迎来了巨
大的机遇和挑战。中国的社会建设开始致力于改善民生，不断建设新的社会服务体系
并且开创新的社会管理模式，这是中国社会福利时代来临的标志。与此同时，我国正
处于由人力资源大国向人力资源强国转变的关键时期，因而，社会工作在协调社会关
系、防止社会冲突和解决社会问题方面显示出了重要作用。
