摘要:企业之间的竞争日益激烈，云南白药企业作为中成药销售商在经营过程中发现传统的管理方式已经不适用于市场经济，企业的管理方式亟待改变。于是在1999年底，企业决定首先利用信息化优势，引进ERP系统对企业的运营过程进行管理。此文我们就是要探究云南白药企业在实施ERP系统前后各项财务核心竞争能力的变化情况，研究ERP系统是如何影响各项指标的；除此之外我们还选了几家与云南白药在企业规模、资产、盈利等情况都十分类似的企业作为对照，探究2016年度企业的各项财务指标，发现云南白药企业目前发展过程中的优势与劣势，并且利用信息化的手段提出企业改进的方案。

Abstract:The competition between enterprises is increasingly fierce.Yunnan baiyao enterprise sellers as proprietary Chinese medicine found in the operating process of traditional management way is not suitable for market economy, enterprise's management style needs to be changed.So at the end of 1999, the enterprise decision, first take advantage of informatization, introduce ERP system operation process of enterprise management.This article is to explore the change of the financial core competitiveness of yunnan baiyao company in implementing ERP system before and after, and through the analysis of the specific indicators in ERP system the impact of the change of the indicators;In addition we also chose several with yunnan baiyao enterprise scale, assets, earnings are similar enterprise by contrast, to explore the various financial indicators of 2016 enterprises, found yunnan baiyao enterprise the advantages and disadvantages in the process of development, and use information to put forward the improvement plan of the enterprise.
