摘要:本文是有关船舶舾装的工程设计论文，其重点研究对象是23000DWT近海散货船。该船属于中型的近海货船，总长为159.900m，宽度为24.400m，型深14.000m，设计吃水9.800m。遵循常规船的系船设备的设计方法，23000DWT散货船的系船设备的设计研究主要分为两部分进行，即：锚泊设备和系泊设备设计和布置。锚泊设备的设计和布置在文章的第一部分进行，将采用常规船通常使用的舾装数法来进行相关参数的选择，这也是本文要重点研究的一部分；系泊设备的设计研究同样采用舾装数法来确定部分设备的相关参数。因此，首先计算出了该船的舾装数N=1957.375。根据舾装数N=1957.375，本文进行了23000DWT散货船的锚泊和系泊部分设备的选型和确定。本船选配了6000KG的斯贝克锚、直径为68mm的AM2级的有档电焊锚链。此外，本文还配备了长度为3361mm的锚链筒，以及设计高度为11.444m的圆形锚链舱和锚机、掣链器、弃链器等设备，具体数据文中做详细说明。在系泊设备的设计布置部分，根据舾装数N=1957.375，并综合考虑经济等方面因素，本文选用了75mm的丙纶合成纤维索，并进行了绞缆机、带缆桩以及导缆器（分为舷墙式和甲板式两种）等设备的选配，文中也做了详细的设计说明。另外，安全性、合理性、可靠性是设备设计必须满足的要求，这是任何一个设计成果的必要检验之路。因此，在本文的最后一部分，将会对23000DWT散货船的锚泊和系泊设备进行相关检验和实验，最终完成设计。

Abstract:This paper is about the ship outfitting engineering design papers, the focus of research object is 23000DWT offshore bulk carriers. The ship is medium-sized coastal cargo ship, total length of 159.900m, width of 24.400m, type depth of 14.000m, design draft 9.800m. The design of the ship equipment of the 23000DWT bulk carrier is mainly pided into two parts, namely, the design and arrangement of mooring equipment and mooring equipment. The design and layout of the mooring equipment is carried out in the first part of the article. The selection of the relevant parameters will be carried out by the conventional outfitting method used in conventional ships. This is also part of this paper. The design of mooring equipment is also used for outfitting Number method to determine the relevant parameters of some of the equipment. Therefore, the number of outfitting of the ship was calculated first. N = 1957.375. According to the number of outfitting N = 1957.375, this paper has carried on the selection and determination of the 23000DWT bulk carrier mooring and mooring part equipment. The ship is equipped with a 6000KG Speke anchor, the diameter of 68mm AM2 grade of the welding chain. In addition, this article is also equipped with a length of 3361mm anchor cylinder, as well as the design height of 11.444m round anchor chain and anchor, chain stop, chain device and other equipment, the specific data to do a detailed description. In the design and layout of the mooring equipment, 75mm polypropylene fiber was selected according to the number of outfitting N = 1957.375 and the economic factors were taken into account. In this paper, a cable cutter, cable pile and cable guide ( Divided into bulwark and deck type two) and other equipment selection, the text also made a detailed design instructions. In addition, security, reasonableness, reliability is the equipment design must meet the requirements, which is any one of the necessary test results of the test. Therefore, in the last part of this paper, the 23000DWT bulk carrier mooring and mooring equipment will be related to the test and experiment, and ultimately complete the design.
