摘要:随着我国交通行业的越来越发达,高铁逐渐成为我们出门必备的交通工具之一。在巨大载客量的压力下,轮对是机车车辆的关键部分,由车轮和车轴通过过盈配合组成,它需要承受整个机车和乘客的重量,其安全性和可靠性成为了设计研究分析中的重点问题。因此,当下在设计高速客车时,需着重关注轮对强度方面的问题所在,在设计阶段应对其进行充分且严格的考核。该论文以时速200km/h的CRH2型高速动车组为例,进行了基于Solidworks的车轴车轮3D建模;结合日本JIS标准和欧洲EN13104使用力学方法对车轴进行了详细地校核,并对其疲劳强度进行评价。同时基于标准UICS10-5结合SolidWorks有限元分析法对三种不同工况下的车轮轮对强度进行具体分析。经过计算分析比较,其车轴及车轮皆符合设计标准。本次毕业设计为高铁轮对研究工作提供重大的实践意义。

Analysis of Influence of High Speed Rail on Wheelset Strength
Abstract : As China's transportation industry becomes more and more developed, high-speed rail has gradually become one of the necessary means of transportation. Under the pressure of huge passenger capacity, the wheelset is a key part of the locomotive and vehicle. It consists of the wheel and the axle through an interference fit. It needs to bear the weight of the entire locomotive and passengers. Its safety and reliability have become the design research and analysis. The key issue. Therefore, when designing a high-speed bus, it is necessary to pay attention to the problem of the strength of the wheelset. In the design phase, it should be fully and strictly examined. This paper takes a CRH2-type high-speed EMU with a speed of 200km/h as an example to carry out 3D modeling of axle wheels based on Solidworks. Using the Japanese JIS standard and EN13104 in Europe to use mechanical methods to check the axles in detail and evaluate their fatigue strength. At the same time, based on the standard UICS10-5 combined with SolidWorks finite element analysis method, the wheel wheel pair strength under three different working conditions was analyzed. After calculation and analysis, the axles and wheels meet the design standards. This graduation project provides significant practical significance for the research work of high-speed trains.
