特纳卡粉末的防晒乳液配方开发研究

本文通过对特纳卡皮部粉末作为基本研究对象,根据该粉末抗紫外性开发一款天然防晒乳液,并通过各种表征方法验证和评价其功效,优化配方,从而确定最终产品结构组成。

摘要:本课题主要针对特纳卡皮部粉末应用及其防晒性能进行了研究。根据其亲水亲油性开发一款含特纳卡粉末的O/W型防晒乳液,采用紫外吸光度和SPF值表征产品的抗紫外能力,利用显微镜照片观察乳化粒子形态,同时考察产品稳定性。前期设计实验验证特纳卡粉末亲水亲油性,筛选乳化剂及油脂,确定乳液类型,拟定基础配方;中期通过不断添加配方中粉末含量和降低粉末粒径大小,优化配方体系。实验发现当特纳卡粉末在体系中的最大加入量为10%时,体系的紫外吸光度和SPF值达到最大。且粉末含量越高,体系稳定性越低;后期为改善产品肤感,对粉末进行粉碎处理。产品防晒效果增强,仍然是粉末含量为10%时,体系防晒性及稳定性最优。

Development of sunscreen lotion formulas containing Thanaka powder

Abstract:In this subject, Thanaka bark powder apply to sunscreen lotion formulas and Sunscreen performance were mainly discussed. Based on the hydrophilic-lipophilic property of the Thanaka powder, the product was identified as an O/W emulsion. UV absorbance and SPF values were used to characterize the UV resistance of the product. In the experiment, the morphology of the emulsified particles was observed with microscope photographs. The stability of the product was examined. The preliminary design experiment verifies the hydrophilicity and hydrophilicity of the Thanaka powder, selects the emulsifier and the oil, determine emulsion type and formulate basic formula. Secondly, by changing the powder content and size of the powder, the formulation system is optimized. It was found out that 10% can show the highest UV absorbance and SPF values. The higher the powder content, the lower the stability of the system. Finally, to improve the skin feel of the product, the powder is crushed, it was found that the sunscreen effect was enhanced. Meanwhile, sunscreen effect is the best when the content was still 10%.
