船舶电力推进PLC电气控制系统设计+梯形图

设计PLC控制的电力推进系统为目的,通过查阅资料参考了前人大量的研究经验,对课题作出深入认识。文章系统的论述了电力推进系统的国内外现状及组成简介,还对电力推进系统发展

要:随着世界各国对节能减排,绿色环保观念的不断加深,船舶电力推进系统越来越受 到青睐。目前,受电子电力技术和自控技术发展的推进,吊舱式电力推进成为发展主流 方向,受到世界各国的重视。

本文以采用西门子 PLC 作为主控单元的电力推进系统为研究对象,在充分收集研究 相关资料的基础上,设计了船舶电力推进控制系统。文章首先分析了吊舱式推进系统的 研究与应用现状,了解国外先进的电力推进器。然后,从电力推进系统组成的各部分, 详细介绍了每部分的功能与作用,以及经典的吊舱式推进系统。接着,对系统硬件进行 了详细设计,完成了 PLC、CPU 及扩展模块、变频器等的选型,并对电力推进系统的信 号作了统计与分析。最后,采用博途软件设计了系统软件,实现了控制权限切换、变频 器的控制、正车/倒车控制、电机转速控制以及报警等主体功能。

Abstract:With the world of energy-saving emission reduction, the concept of green environmental protection continues to deepen, ship electric propulsion system more and more favored. At present, by the development of electronic power technology and self-control technology, pod- type electric power to promote the mainstream direction, by the world's attention.

In this paper, Siemens PLC as the main control unit of the electric propulsion system as the research object, in the full collection of relevant information on the basis of the design of the ship propulsion control system. The article first analyzes the research and application of the pod type propulsion system, and understands the advanced electric propulsion. Then, from the various parts of the electric propulsion system, the functions and functions of each part are described in detail, as well as the classic pod type propulsion system. Then, the hardware of the system is designed in detail, and the selection of PLC, CPU and expansion module and frequency converter is completed, and the signal of the electric propulsion system is analyzed and analyzed. Finally, the system software is designed by using bo passers software, and the main functions such as the control privilege switch, the control of the inverter, the car / reverse control, the motor speed control and the alarm are realized.
