摘要:Fe-Al金属间化合物具有密度低、成本低、抗磨损性能好、强度高,抗氧化和抗腐蚀性优良的特性,优于不锈钢和钴基、镍基等传统的高温合金,且韧性又高于一般的陶瓷材料,因此Fe-Al金属间化合物在航空材料、抗磨材料和高温结构材料领域具有良好的应用前景。Fe3Al金属间化合物作为Fe-Al金属间化合物主要代表之一,近年几年来对其及其复合材料都进行了大量的研究,使之得到了一定的应用,然而由于室温脆性以及温度超过600℃后蠕变抗力急剧下降这两个缺点,从而阻碍了其被广泛的使用。
本论文通过机械合金化与真空热压烧结技术制备Fe3Al合金和Fe3Al/TiC网状复合材料,系统研究Fe3Al合金和Fe3Al/TiC网状复合材料的相组成及显微组织,硬度,抗弯强度和抗压强度等室温下的力学性能以及在空气环境下的摩擦学性能。研究发现通过该技术制备的材料的致密度十分高,TiC网状结构增强相使复合材料的力学性能得到很大改善,但会使材料韧性降低。也发现网状TiC能够明显的提高材料的抗磨损性能。

Abstract:Fe-Al intermetallic alloys have relatively low density, low cost, excellent resistance to wear, high strength, excellent oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance, and are superior to conventional high-temperature alloys such as stainless steel and cobalt-based and nickel-based alloys. Toughness and higher than the general ceramic materials, so Fe-Al intermetallic alloys in aeronautical materials, anti-wear materials and high temperature structural materials have a good prospect. Fe3Al intermetallics are one of the main representatives of Fe-Al intermetallic compounds. In recent years, Fe3Al intermetallic compounds have been studied extensively and have been applied in some fields. However, due to room temperature brittleness and the temperature exceeds 600℃ creep resistance after the sharp decline in these two shortcomings, thus hindering its widespread use.
In this thesis, Fe3Al alloy and Fe3Al/TiCmesh composites werefabricated by mechanical alloying and vacuum hot-pressing sintering techniques. The mechanical properties of Fe3Al alloy and Fe3Al/TiCmesh composites, and the microstructure,hardness, flexural strength and compressive strength at room-temperature and the tribological properties under the air environment were systematically studied. It was found that the density of the material prepared by this technique was very high, and the TiCmesh structure enhanced the mechanical properties of the composites, but the toughness of the composites was reduced. Also found that mesh TiC can significantly improve the anti-wear properties of materials.
