摘要:大口径耐磨钢球作为工业生产中重要的粉磨消耗品,往往存在着磨球脆性大,耐磨性差,磨损率低等痛点。因此,为了进一步降低企业生产成本,提高磨球材料使用率,对磨球的生产工艺的探讨,开发出硬度高、硬度均匀性好并且韧性高的贝氏体钢制磨球产品就显得尤为重要。
本论文采用实验研究法、模拟法相结合的科学方法、系统研究了不同成分含量的贝氏体钢、不同的淬火加热温度等对样品微观组织和硬度性能的影响,探索哪种成分工艺才是大口径磨球的最优解。
探索得到的成果如下:贝氏体铸钢磨球最合适的成分配比是:0.35C~1.3Si~1.5Mn~1.5Cr~0.3Mo。性能表现最好。最好的奥氏体化温度是920℃。空冷速度10-15℃/s,得到以贝氏体和马氏体为基体的组织,其中还存在一定的奥氏体软质相,强韧性配合良好,性能表现极佳。
用低合金贝氏体钢研制大口径磨球是非常正确的选择,空冷处理方便了大批量生产、卓越的性能表现满足了市场的发展需求。

Abstract:Grinding balls with large diameter are very important industrial consumables. In reality, there are plenty kinds of grinding balls. However,The performance of those cannot meet the market requirements because of the existing shortcomings like low-hardness and
the poor wear resistance. In order to further reduce the cost of product and improve the usage ratio, It’s crucial to develop a new type grinding balls based on bainitic steel which works better than any other steels.
The research approaches of experimental methodology,comparative analysis and
simulation method have been used in the paper. We designed different components of bainite and austenitizing temperature. We want to see what kind of constituent and technology can do a better favor to the material mechanical property.
The results are as follows: The best composition proportion is 0.35C~1.3Si~1.5Mn~1.5Cr~0.3Mn. The best austenitizing temperature is 920℃.The air cooling velocity is 10~15℃/s. According to the constitution diagram, the main organization are needle-like bainite and martensite,besides there are some soft phase like austenite.So the material can meet the demand with high strength and toughness.
Finally ,We can draw a conclusion that it’s a correct choice to develop grinding balls with low alloy bainite steel, it’s bound to be widely used in modern industrial production.
