主要几种国际贸易术语几点思考
论文摘要： 国际贸易术语是表示商品的价格构成、说明交货地点、确定买卖双方的责任、费用、风险划分等问题的专门用语。为适应国际贸易发展的需要,国际商会多次对《国际贸易术语》进行修订。本文简述国际贸易术语的历次修订。国际贸易术语是学习国际贸易知识的重点。随着国际运输技术的发展，新三种贸易术语（FCA、CPT、CIP）的地位日益突出。以这六种常用的贸易术语为基础，并以新三种贸易术语为重点，做了分析和区别，以及新三种贸易术语在使用时应注意的问题。论文范文http://www.chuibin.com/

Abstract:Express terms of international trade are the prices of goods on the place of delivery, to determine the responsibility of buyers and sellers, costs, risks and other issues into the terminology. In order to meet the needs of the development of international trade, the International Chamber of Commerce on several occasions, " international trade terms " to make amendments. This paper describes the international trade of the previous amendments to the terminology. Learn the terminology of international trade are the focus of international trade knowledge. With the development of international transport technology, the new three trade terms (FCA, CPT, CIP) status have become increasingly prominent. 一 学习国际贸易术语的重要性
在国际贸易实务中贸易术语是非常重要的一部分,特别是六种常用的贸易术语,即FOB、FCA、CFR、CPT、CIF和CIP,在平时的贸易操作中出现的频率很高,因此我们在学习国际贸易实务的时候特别要注意对这几类术语的理解和区分。同时,随着国际运输技术的发展,包括货物集合化,集装箱运输、多式运输和滚装运输的日益扩大使用,以在装运港越过“船舷”作为卖方完成交货义务的FOB、CFR和CIF术语已不能适应新的运输环境的需要。而与之相对应的FCA、CPT、CIP则恰恰适应了这种新的运输环境,地位也日益突出。有鉴于此,在国际商会的《2000年通则》中也重点介绍了FCA、CPT和CIP三种术语,我们称之为新三种贸易术语。它们不仅适用于铁路、公路、海洋、内河、航空等单一方式的运输,也适用于两种或两种以上不同运输方式相结合的多式联运。

（一）国际贸易术语又称价格术语。
国际贸易中，买卖双方所承担的义务，会影响到商品的价格。在长期的国际贸易实践中，逐渐形成了把某些和价格密切相关的贸易条件与价格直接联系在一起，形成了若干种报价的模式。每一模式都规定了买卖双方在某些贸易条件中所承担的义务。用来明这种义务的术语，称之为贸易术语。
贸易术语所表示的贸易条件，主要分两个方面：其一，说明商品的价格构成，是否包括成本以外的主要从属费用，即运费和保险；其二，确定交货条件，即说明买卖双方在交接货物方面彼此所承担的责任、费用和风险的划分。
