摘要：当今社会，伴随着全球温室效应、空气中雾霾含量高、PM2.5不达标等环境因素，汽车尾气排放量过高、全球绿植遍布率过低等人文因素，越来越多的人们身体存在着各种各样的身体亚健康，身体抵抗力也在极速下降，与此同时通过日常生活中的点滴，改变人们的身体体质，也成为了现在人们关注的焦点。

李时珍在《本草纲目》中认为：“茶体轻浮，采摘之时，芽蘖初萌，正得春升之气。味虽苦而气则薄，乃阴中之阳，可升可降。”这些特性说明了茶具有能攻能补、又能入五脏发挥作用的较全面能力，因此它对多种疾病都能发挥一定的防治作用。那么，我希望能够制作一款科普“药茶”的APP来逐步解决人们的亚健康问题。我认为，通过互联网的传播，用饮茶的方式来改变人们的身体体质，也不失为一个较为有利便捷的方法。人们在渐渐养成喝茶习惯的同时，也会逐渐学习到中国茶文化，了解药茶艺术。
