摘要:为了进一步探究在外加电场的作用下,不同工质对沸腾换热的影响,本论文选取了R11、苯、乙醚、乙酸乙酯四种工质,研究单纯电场作用对工质加热后产生的汽泡的作用规律。对均匀电场作用下的汽液两相流中附着于壁面的单个汽泡,建立数学模型,通过Ansys软件,探讨了不同工质作用下汽泡周围场强分布的特性,分析比较不同工质对汽泡的电场效应,可以得出以下结论:随着工质的介电常数的增加,汽泡球面等势线的弯曲程度也随之增大,同时汽泡表面场强分布的不均匀性增加,从而加剧了EHD强化沸腾换热的效果。

The Effect Of Electric Field On Bubble In Different Working Media
Abstract: In order to further explore the influence of different working fluids on the boiling heat transfer under the influence of an external electric field, four working fluids, namely R11, benzene, ether, and ethyl acetate, were chosen in this thesis to study the effect of the action of a simple electric field on the bubble generated by the heating of the working substance. A mathematical model was established for the single bubble attached to the wall in the vapor-liquid two-phase flow under uniform electric field. Through the Ansys software, the characteristics of the field intensity distribution around the bubbles under different working fluids were discussed, and the electric field effect of different working media on bubbles were analyzed and compared, Finally, We can draw the following conclusion: With the increase of the dielectric constant of the working medium, the curvature of the equipotential line of the spherical surface of the bubble also increases. At the same time, the uneven distribution of field intensity on the surface of the bubble increases, which intensifies the effect of EHD enhanced boiling heat transfer.
