论文本文设计了以STC89C52RC单片机为微控制器,以射频技术为核心,基于Philips公司 MF RC500芯片的射频卡读写器,并阐述了该系统的组成、工作原理以及相应的软硬件设计。
本论文首先阐述国内外射频识别技术的发展情况以及射频识别系统的组成及其关键技术、国际标准等。然后详细叙述了射频卡读写器的软硬件设计。硬件设计部分主要包括MCU控制模块设计、射频模块设计、串行通信电路设计、声音提示模块设计及天线设计等,并给出了部分原理图。软件程序设计包括射频基站芯片RC500的基本操作程序设计,射频卡的访问程序设计以及射频卡读写器与上位机之间通信程序设计等。10206
实验结果表明本文设计的读写器能够完成Mifare 1卡的所有操作,并且系统运行稳定可靠。

Title Radio Frequency Card Reader Development Based on Single-chip Micro-computer
Abstract
With micro-computer STC89C52RC as controller, the radio frequency technology as core, this paper describes the system’s composition、work principle and design of hardware and software of the radio frequency card reader base on MF RC500 of Philips Company.
Firstly, the paper introduces the development of domestic and international radio frequency identification system, and the makeup and important technology of the radio frequency identification system. Then, it introduces the hardware and software design of the radio frequency card reader in detail. The hardware design mainly includes MCU control module design, radio frequency module design, serial communication module design, vocal announcement module design, and antenna design, etc. And the part schematic diagram is given. The software design covers the basic operation program design of the radio frequency station chip RC500, the operation program design of the radio frequency card reader and the master computer, etc.
The results show that the reader can complete all operations of Mifare 1 card, the system is stable and reliable.
