然而长期以来人们进行文件档案管理都是采用传统人工的方式，这种方法增加了企业的运营成本，也存在着文件量大量积压不便于提高工作效率的缺点。因此开发适应现代企业发展的人力资源管理系统对企业来说有着很大的裨益，很大程度上能够解决传统人工管理文档的不足之处。建设和完善人力资源管理系统已经变得非常必要和迫切。

Design and Realization of human resource management system based on JSP
Abstract:Human resources management system has gradually become modern enterprise unit essential part, in the enterprise human resources management to scientific and standardized process plays an important role.In the information age, enterprise internal management of scientific and information technology in the enterprise development, to participate in market competition plays the primary role.In order to meet the demand of enterprise leadership to the enterprise existing human resources condition fast and comprehensive understanding, so that enterprises more competitive, needs the support of efficient and perfect human resource management system.Therefore modern enterprises to adapt to the requirements of modern enterprise informationization development to develop and build is of practical significance to have the practical function of the human resources management system.
However, for a long time people files management are using the traditional artificial way, this method increased the operating costs of enterprises, there are also file a large backlog of not easy to improve the work efficiency of the drawbacks. Therefore, the development of human resource management systems to adapt to the modern enterprise development for enterprises has a great benefit to a large extent ,which is able to solve the shortcomings of traditional manual management of the document. The construction and improvement of human resource management system has become very necessary and urgent.
