摘要近年来，中国企业在美国的直接投资呈快速增长之势，但中国企业却屡屡遭到投资壁垒而受挫，更甚是宣告失败。其主要原因是美国认为中国在经济方面发展的太快，会对美国产生威胁，以及政府对国家安全问题的担忧，从而对我国的投资设置限制。中国企业通过FDI走入美国市场的道路十分艰辛不易。美国的投资保护主义对于中资企业，如华为的海外发展造成了严重的影响。本文探讨我国电子产品企业，如联想、华为等中资企业正视美国方面的的审查与监管，理性对待，积极探索新的发展战略，提高通过美国外资投资委员会投资审查的几率，以便更好的进入美国市场。47618

In recent years, the direct investment of Chinese enterprises in the United States showed a trend of rapid growth, but Chinese companies have repeatedly been investment barriers and frustrated, even failed. The main reason is that the United States believes that China's economic development is too fast, will produce a threat to the United States, as well as concerns about the government on national security issues, so as to set restrictions on investment in china. China enterprises through the FDI into the American market road is hard. American investment protectionism for Chinese enterprises, such as Huawei overseas development caused a serious impact. This paper discusses our country electronic products enterprises, such as Lenovo, HUAWEI and other Chinese companies to the United States to review and supervision, the rational treatment, and actively explore new development strategy, improve the probability of the Committee on foreign investment in the United States investment review, in order to enter the United States market.
