How to Evaluate the Classroom Teaching of the Language Teacher
Abstract: Evaluation is the function of encouragement, guidance, identify, and select. Under the background of new curriculum the effective language teacher evaluation is beneficial to improve the quality of Chinese teaching, and to the progress of the reform of Chinese teaching, and helpful to teacher's own development. The previous evaluation is lack of the effective evaluation mechanism. The evaluation becomes a form. This paper discusses the basic principles of evaluation. Try to formulate the relevant evaluation index. And I hope to establish the evaluation system of teacher self-evaluation with students, parents and peers to promote the comprehensive development of teachers.
