The Research of University Students' Interpersonal Relationship and Self-concept
Abstract: To investigate the relationship between self-concept and interpersonal relationship of college students. 280 college students were tested with Self-concept Questionnaire and Interpersonal Relationship Integrated Diagnosis Questionnaire. The results show that the overall condition of the self-concept of college students is higher than the medium level, and all dimensions are above medium level. Self-concept has significant differences in gender and professions. The interpersonal situation of the college students is good, with less interpersonal problems. The male and female have significant differences in the dating dimension of interpersonal relationships. Self-concept and interpersonal relationships have extremely significant negative correlated (P < 0.01). Social self, self appearance, mature self, three dimensions have extremely significant negative correlation with interpersonal scores. There is high correlation between each dimension of the two scales.

大学生自我概念与人际关系的调查研究引言
自我概念（self-concept），即一个人对自身存在的体验。它包括一个人通过经验、反省和他人的反馈，逐步加深对自身的了解。人际关系是人们在交往中心理上的直接关系或距离，它反映了个人寻求满足其社会需求的心理状态。
申武丹把人际关系分为师生人际关系、同学人际关系、生活人际关系和虚拟人际关系4 个文度来研究大学生人际关系与自我概念的关系。结果表明：大学生的同学人际关系与自我概念相关极显著且存在性别差异[1]；李蓉蓉研究中大学生人际关系与其一般自我概念两者总体上几乎不相关。但人际关系与自尊自我概念、情绪自我概念、同性关系自我概念和外貌自我概念有显著关系[2]。杨昭宁，孔祥军文中大学生自我概念总分性别差异不显著，而城乡差异显著[3]李晶等人从自我概念总分、身体自我、社交自我、能力自我、个人自我、社会自我、理想自我、现实自我、心理健康等文度研究两者关系，结果显示，良好的人际关系也有益于大学生形成较高的自我概念[4]。李晶，翟敏等人研究的从人际关系敏感与良好文度上来研究其与自我概念、心理健康的关系表明良好的自我概念是大学生心理健康教育中的必不可少的内容之一，提高大学生的人际交往能力有助于大学生形成良好的自我概念[5]。
