The Present Status of Middle School Students about “Asking Questions” And Cultivation Measures
Abstract: For a long time, in the middle school teaching, the students “question” has long been ignored. In fact, the students' raising questions has important significance in the teaching process. “Students raise questions” is the key to the scientific quality education, and puts forward problem is the first step of implementing scientific inquiry process. This paper mainly adopted the questionnaire survey and interviews, method, and assisted by the inpidual interview with teachers and students, in the form of knowing the state of the students' ability to put forward scientific problems and analyzes the causes of this situation, from the aspects of teachers, students and the environment put forward some improvement measures.

中学生“提出问题”能力的现状及培养措施引言
从2001年始，我国在全国范围内逐步展开了第八次基础教育课程改革[1]，提高学生的科学素养是这次课程改革的一个突出亮点。而展开探究式教学，使学生积极主动地展开科学探究活动，是培养和提高学生科学素养的最佳路径之一。科学探究，是学生积极地获取知识、提高能力和解决问题的重要实践活动，也是目前义务教育初级阶段物理课程的重要内容，对学生的科学素养拥有不可替代的作用。新课程标准把科学教育放在了焦点，而科学活动的第一要素是“发现”和“提出问题”。
俗话说科学创见始于提出问题，爱因斯坦从“追赶光线”问题创立了狭义相对论则源于他对问题的发现和思考。爱因斯坦曾说过：“提出一个问题比解决一个问题更为重要”。如果没有问题的发现提出，科学研究也就难以说起，就不可能有所发现、有所创造、有所发明[2]。在哈佛大学传播着这样一句话：“教育的目标便是让人不息提出问题、思考问题”。
