对当代大学生考研“热”的思考
Reflections on the Heat of Postgraduate Entrance Examination
-Taking Zhoukou normal university as an example
Abstract：In recent years, with the development of china's higher education, college students taking tests "hot" has become a craze.The main reasons for this phenomenon are that country's economic development reserve a lot of talent, the severe employment situation, the gradual development of higher education and to improve the overall standard of living and so on. The heat of postgraduate entrance examination phenomenon brings positive impacts, for instance a comprehensive national promotion, college students self-awareness strength. However,they also produce a vicious cycle of employment of university students, a waste of educational resources and other problems. This requires the government to strengthen macro-control, schools to ideological education and college students to improve their own quality. Thus, working together to face the current situation.

对当代大学生考研“热”的思考—以周口师范学院为例
前言
随着改革开放的发展，国家对人才的需求量会越来越大。研究生教育正是国家为了培养高级人才而大力支持的高层次教育，它将成为我国“科教兴国”的重要力量。为了适应当前社会经济的发展，我国教育部门开始对高等教育进行改革，大幅度地增加了大学生的教育规模并相应的对我国研究生进行一定的扩招，从而有效的增加了人才的供给。但与此同时也给大学生的就业带来很大的压力，研究生亦失去了拥有相对竞争优势的光环。如何解决当前的这种局面已成为我国教育部门、社会以及学校共同面对的问题。
