摘要近几年，幼儿园虐童事件频繁发生，这使得幼儿教师一下子进入大众的视野，成为普遍关注的对象，并且受到了不少的质疑和谴责。但是在这种现象的背后，有一个隐含的问题，就是幼儿教师的职业倦怠。幼儿教师因为他们工作和教育对象的特殊性，有职业倦怠倾向的越来越多，这不仅会影响其教育教学质量，更重要的是会影响幼儿的身心健康。本次调查研究主要采用问卷调查法和访谈法来研究扬中市幼儿教师职业倦怠现状，并分析影响的原因，从而有针对性地提出一些缓解建议。51664

Investigation on the current situation of kindergarten teachers' Job Burnout

Abstract in recent years, the kindergarten child abuse event occurred frequently, which make the infant teachers fell into public view, become a common concern of the object, and subject to a lot of questions and condemnation. But in this phenomenon behind, there is a hidden problem is how the young teachers' job burnout. Teachers because they work and education object particularity, burnout tendency of more and more, which will not only affect the education and teaching quality, the more important is will affect the children's physical and mental health. The research mainly adopts questionnaire method and interview method to study the Yangzhong City preschool teachers' job burnout status, and analysis of the original Because, so as to put forward some suggestions to alleviate.

一  问题的提出

最早提出“职业倦怠”一词的是美国临床心理学家弗登伯格（Freudenberger)，是指个人在工作的重大压力下而产生的身心疲惫与耗竭的状况。不少研究者在这之后也分别从不同的角度对职业倦怠进行了补充。而Maslash和Jackson提出的三维模型定义是目前比较受认可的，这三维模型分别为：情绪枯竭、去个性化和个人成就感的降低，那么职业倦怠的表现则是：由工作产生的以这三维模型为主要特征的心理综合病症。幼儿教师的职业倦怠则可定义为：幼儿教师在幼教工作中产生的一种包括认知、行为以及情绪等方面的疲劳与紧张状态。
