摘要:公务员制度在我国的确立和实行,使公务员这一职业得到社会各界的广泛认可。近几年热衷于公务员考试的大军越来越庞大,有愈演愈烈之势,每年的公务员考试都成为应往届高校毕业生的首要选择,人们把这种现象称为“公务员热”。文章通过对2010年到2014年报考公务员的数据分析,得出造成这一现象的四种原因:毕业生就业压力大、公务员本身存在优势、人们对公务员认知偏差和大学生从众心理。进而提出拓宽大学毕业生就业渠道、完善公务员制度、纠正国人对公务员的认知偏差和大学生自身要做好理性职业规划四个针对性意见。7441
