Research on College Students' Existential Anxiety Status
Abstract: In order to understand the present anxiety situation of the students,this paper studied the present situation and the differences in sex and grade .it randomly selected 281 college students from Zhoukou Normal University by the method of stratified sampling , then evaluated with the Existential Anxiety Scale (EAS) . The results showed that, although the dimensions of anxiety showed no significant difference in the gender , but it had significant differences in gender on total anxiety scores. in this study，There did not exist significant differences on the total score and each dimension of anxiety in grades . But there were significant differences between freshman and senior on the blame and guilt and anxiety, death and fate of anxiety and total score .

大学生存在焦虑现状的研究
引言
随着社会经济发展水平的不断提高，社会进程的进一步发展，更多的人开始关注自己对于精神层面的需求。人们开始探索生命的价值，追寻内在的意义。假如没有得到对生命意义的满意诠释，人们就会感觉到孤单、焦虑、无意义等，不知道为什么工作、为什么学习、为什么生活总是处于一种盲目的状态中，过着日复一日，年复一年的日子，经历着内心的迷茫和倦怠。当生存者感受到生命的荒诞并对自身所处其中的世界感到怀疑时，他便深切体会到那潜藏于内心深处的生存焦虑(existential anxiety)。人类对焦虑的研究由来已久[1]。快速的经济发展带来的社会的不平衡是焦虑产生的必然。
杰出的精神分析学家布朗认为，死亡是人类最大、最根本的焦虑和现实，因此反抗死亡是人类最原始、最迫切的需要。因为直接面对死亡是人类无法承受的事实，人必须对它进行压抑。因此，对大多数人而言，对死亡焦虑的觉知是无意识的，绝大多数人在意识中都不承认对死亡的焦虑，以为可以战胜死亡而达到精神的永恒[2]。虽然对死亡焦虑的形式变化了，但是对死亡焦虑的本质没有变化，它必然无时无刻体现在个体的生活之中，其中当然包括焦虑在内的负面情绪。对于无意义、谴责和疏离等体验，也类似死亡的焦虑，部分存在于人的无意识之中，从而无声无息地影响着个体的心理和行为。[3]
