Study on Current Situation and Countermeasures to Promote the use of Putonghua in Rural primary school
Abstract：The school is the source of the use of Putonghua promotion, Mandarin is the language occupation of teachers and students. The education departments at all levels to ensure that the use of Putonghua promotion policy implementation, do a lot of work, but also made great progress. Mandarin has become the common language of the city school. However, the majority of rural primary school in our country because of propaganda is not in place, the leaders and teachers in a weak awareness and lack of language environment in rural popularizing the unsatisfactory status quo. Based on the analysis of present situation and problems of rural primary school to promote the use of Putonghua in existence from two aspects of teachers and students, put forward from the policy, teacher factors, improve the language environment in order to change this situation presents the feasible way to solve the rural primary school putonghua.

引言
语言是人类社会最重要的交际工具。一个地大物博幅员辽阔的国家为了沟通交流就需要一个民族共同语，普通话作为现代汉民族的共同语，是我国的法定语言，在社会交际中起着不可替代的作用。它是以北京语音为标准音，以北方话为基础方言，以典范的现代白话文著作为语法规范的汉民族共同语，是全国各族人民互相交流的共同语言[1]。它的推广和普及有利于国家的统一和中国56个民族的交流团结，有利于促进教育事业的发展，培养现代化的高科技人才。它的推广和使用已经越来越受到人们的重视，自从1955年“普通话”的定义出台公布至今，我国各个部门在推广和普及使用普通话的道路上已经走过了将近60年的时间，在这将近60年的时间里我国各个部门为了推广普及普通话做出了很大的努力，出台了相应的法规政策来确保普通话的推广和普及得以顺利的实施。
