摘要心罚，就是在教育过程中，教师为了达到某种目的，例如教育学生、加强班级管理、惩罚学生等。但是在此过程中采取了冷漠、孤立、威胁、讽刺等方式，刺伤了学生的自尊心，侮辱了他们的人格，损伤了他们的自信心，破坏了他们的情感，也就是对学生心灵的打击与摧残。通过计算每种心罚方式的使用频率，得出威胁型和公开揭短使用频率最高，其次是羞辱型和冷漠型，支配型排在最末；学生认为伤害程度排序依次是公开揭短、威胁型、冷漠型、羞辱型型和支配型。导致教师心罚的主要原因有教师压力大，评价机制仍是最主要的评价标准，不恰当的新型惩罚方式，学生在该年龄段特有的心理特点，家长对教师的压力。主要可以从加强职业修养，提高自我素质；尊重学生，理解学生，信任学生；与学生建立良好的师生关系；家长努力与教师配合，不溺爱学生，尊重教师；完善相关教育法律法规，加强监督机制这几方面来寻找并采取有效的对策去化解心罚，唤起教师审视自己行为的意识，把握“批评”和“教师心罚”的平衡，提升教师在课堂教学中掌控情绪的能力，促进师生关系良好发展，促进师生身心健康。42650
