当前师生和谐关系存在问题及策略
新时代的视角来看待师生和谐关系的现象，和谐问题，特别是小学校园里师生和谐问题更是一个令人头痛的问题。小学师生和谐关系存在的问题表现在一些教师是否关系孩子的健康成长？对学生的赞美和鼓励是否常在？是否把学生当做自己的孩子，给予足够的痛爱？换而言之，就是教师在教育教学工作中给予学生应有的关爱不够。这个关爱，主要是对学生的关心和仁爱。新时代视角下，师生和谐关系中的痛爱，她更应该超过朋友之爱，超过父母亲之爱。只有这样才能更有利于构建小学师生和谐关系。师生和谐关系是一个教师做好教育工作的基础和必要前提。新时代视角下，对师生和谐关系问题的考察意义重大。解决好师生关系，有利于教师自身素养的提高，有利于孩子的健康成长，更有利于构建和谐社会实现中国梦。
