Abstract: The class teaching practice is a key link for the growth of the education internship. However, they are internship and will inevitably encounter many problems in class teaching. In view of this, this article study through classroom observation and examination of education internship interview, in view of the problems existing in the education internship class teaching, such as inadequate preparation before class, no teaching keys and difficulties, superficial understanding of the subject knowledge as a whole, inappropriate teaching methods, teaching evaluation of class teaching of the common problems such as monotonous, on this basis, according to the reality of the education internship, Suggestions are put forward from two aspects of education internship and normal training, aims to promote the education graduate’ class teaching ability, provide a reference basis for college students to improve the teaching skills.

教育实习生课堂教学常见的问题及应对建议
教育实习在教学中是一个非常重要的环节，在教师教育中起着举足轻重的作用。它是对教育类的学生在高校三年的学习结果进行归纳、总结的一个过程。在实习的过程中，教育实习生不仅可以获得对教育的基本的初步认识，还可以提高对教师专业的认识，甚至会把学生在高校学习到的专业知识和理论知识变成专业的教学方法，在此过程中教育实习生还可能会教师职业产生情感。因此，教育实习生的角色会逐渐地向教师角色转变。但是，作为一名实习生，走进实习学校，深入课堂听讲，走上讲台课堂上课，发现为数不少的教育实习生课堂教学中还存在着一些问题，如知其然不知所以然。鉴于此，本研究针对教育实习生课堂教学常见问题进行分析其成因，并提出应对策略，为在校师范生提高教学技能提供参考依据。
一、教育实习生课堂教学常见问题
以在曹河乡位桥小学教育实习生为研究对象，通过采取观察法和访谈法，针对其课堂教学存在的问题深入调查和分析，发现教育实习生课堂教学存在的主要问题如下：
（一）课前准备不充分
教师上课前所做的准备工作就是备教材、备学生、选择教学方式方法。研究发现：教育实习生在备课过程中很少有人做到“备教材、备学生”。他们没有把教材通读完整，也没有认真研究课程标准，甚至没有通览全程教材，所以很难把握教材所教内容在整册教材、所教学段、整个小学阶段中的地位，这样很容易导致教学目标把握不好。“教学目标指的是教学的活动实施的方向与预期所能达成的结果，是一切教学活动的出发点和归宿点[1]。”比如说，在访谈一名教育实习生时，她说：“制定教学目标时，只是一的计划追求把知识灌输给学生，在课堂上怎样讲才能让学生记住问我所讲的知识，而没有仔细想过教给学生学习的方法，所以，未能较好体现情感态度与价值观。”
