摘要:课堂提问是教师在课堂教学过程中必不可少的行为,合适的课堂提问能引导主动积极地思考问题,培养学生分析问题、解决问题的能力。然而,在实际课堂教学中,教师的提问和教师对学生回答的反馈存在着很多问题。本文将以小学教师为研究对象,采取访谈法、课堂观察法,对小学教师课堂提问的状况进行深入分析和把握,发现其存在“满堂问”、问题设计不明确、提问方式不当、鼓励参与提问的机会少等问题,在此基础上,结合实际从教师角度提出一些建议,如提问方式要灵活、提问目的要明确、问题设计要科学合理、鼓励学生参与课堂提问等,目的在于促进学生学习效果的有效性。38223 毕业论文关键词:小学教师;课堂教学;课堂提问
The Common Problems of Elementary School Teachers' Classroom Questioning and its Suggestions
Abstract: Classroom questioning is an essential part of teachers in the classroom teaching process, the proper classroom questioning can guide actively thinking, cultivate the students ability to analyze and solve problems. However, in actual classroom teaching, there are a lot of problems in the teacher's questions and teacher feedback to students' answer.This paper will take the primary school teachers as the research object by adopting interviews and classroom observation to deeply analyze the status of the primary school teachers' classroom questioning and find that the existence of "the classes full of questions", unclear problem in design , the improper way of questioning, encourage students to ask questions hardly. On this basis, put forward some suggestions combining with the actual from the teacher's point of view, such as the flexible way of asking questions, clear purpose of questions, scientific and rational design, encourage students to participate in classroom questioning, aims to promote the effectiveness of students' learning effect.
