The Application of Positive Psychology in the Management of Primary School Students
Abstract：Positive psychology encourages teachers to treat the student with appreciate, led them to discover positive attitude by themselves and cultivate positive personality for the students. This article based on primary school students as the research object to discuss the management work of students in a positive psychology as the central point. ,According to the questions of the management work of students, to explore the effective method and way to into the concept of positive psychology, to make the managers change a point of view to manage the work of students, as way of the concept of psychology in this process. Providing more theoretic and practice for the development of student management adapt to society positive psychology will bring more beneficial guidance and more help.

积极心理学在小学生管理中的应用
在现在的学校和教师对小学生的管理工作中，学校和教师普遍忽略了学生本身自我的发展，过多的强化了学生对消极情绪的体验，以至于在现在的学生管理中出现了很多问题。积极心理学是在西方兴起的心理学研究的一种新视角，起源的时期是20世纪末，它主要提倡的就是人们要对出现的问题作出积极地解释，不能一的去强制解决，要学会用积极的心态去对待人的一些心理现象，彻底的实现心理学价值由消极到积极的回归。[1]积极心理学在小学生的管理工作中不仅帮助小学生在遇到挫折时能积极向上，更能教会小学生在正常的情境下可以积极的面对生活、用积极的心态对待学习、同学和老师，增强学生自信，让他们体验到成功，体验到幸福感。从而就解决了小学生管理工作中的一些问题，可以让学生更好的全面发展。
