Cultivate The Third Grade Students’ Interest in Learning
--A case study on Wang Haoran
Abstract: Interest is the best teacher ,students will concentrate on process of learning under its guide, and can gain more with less on teaching, besides, it play an important role in development of students. In view of this, through the questionnaire survey and interviews, this article took an investigation of Wang Haoran, including speaking ,action ,attention,cognitive concept in learning ,teacher’ evaluation ,parents’ evalution,and so on. On the basis of this, reasonable and effective suggestions of cultivating interest will be proposed. It contains aspects: organize group activities; changes in professional roles; improve teacher quality; improving teaching methods; promote interest combined; give a positive evaluation.

小学三年级学生学习兴趣的培养
兴趣是探寻学习方法和教学技巧的重要途径之一，俄国教育家乌申斯基对此曾明确阐述：“没有兴趣的强制性学习，将会扼杀学生掌握知识的意愿[1]，托尔斯泰也曾言：“成功的教学不是强制，而是激发学生的兴趣[2]，可见，兴趣对于教学的成功起着导向作用，当学生对问题有了强烈的兴趣时，会更可能对问题主动探究，会更倾向于大胆思考，善于思考，而这些因素能很好的促进知识的牢固掌握与灵活应用。
本研究中，通过对文昌小学三年级学生王浩然进行一段时间的随堂观察后，发现他经常上课的时候不爱听讲，走神，对学习基本无兴趣，因此我从王浩然的实际出发，并走访其班主任，从多个方面分析了他对学习无兴趣的原因，并提出针对性的有效措施来培养其学习兴趣。
一、王浩然的现状描述
（一）外向型问题行为
在课堂上观察来看，王浩然的外向性问题行为表现为经常在课堂上交头接耳，大声喧哗，不遵守课堂纪律，偶尔还与其他学生因为一点小的矛盾而发生口角，甚至有时候还会打架的攻击行为，顶撞老师，基本不服从老师的管理的盲目反抗行为，从而影响课堂的教学，以下是随堂听课观察的一则教学片断。
