摘要:自二十世纪八十年代以来,“反思性教学”逐渐兴起。但是目前,关于反思性教学的研究大多集中在在职教师,而对于职前教师——师范生的反思性教学能力的研究较少。本研究主要是在师范生教育实习期间,通过访谈调查了解实习前师范生反思性教学存在的问题。通过访谈、查看听课笔记、教案等,了解实习前后师范生的反思意识、反思方式、反思内容三方面的改变,明确教育实习对师范生反思性教学能力的影响。提出培养师范生反思性教学的策略,找到提高师范生反思性教学能力的突破口。37474 毕业论文关键词:教育实习、反思性教学、师范生
