Abstract: The core of kindergarten conservation work is combination with conservation work and education , and the conservation work is the core work of the most basic work. However, in the course of kindergarten conservation work, many problems have appeared. In view of this, the investigation kindergarten conservation status is going on through observation and interviews, mainly on analyzing the situation where the kindergarten conservation work of classes, teachers is being carried out, the methods used, and the content of conservation, and finding out the problems: conservation nursery care personnel inappropriate manner; kindergarten does not properly grasp the relationship between conservation and education. And analyze the causes of this problem. On the basis of the recommendations, the conservation work of kindergarten can be improved: kindergarten correct understanding of conservation; enhance professional quality training nursery care personnel; establish a sound system of conservation work.

幼儿园保育工作现状——以J幼儿园为例
《幼儿园教育指导纲要》中指出：“幼儿园必须把保护幼儿的生命和促进幼儿的健康放在工作的首位。”《幼儿园工作规程》中明确指出：“幼儿园必须切实做好幼儿生理和心理卫生保健工作。”在当前这个国家与社会普遍重视幼儿园教育的大好背景下，幼儿园教育也相应的得到了迅速的发展。其中，幼儿园教育工作的核心是保教结合，而保育工作则是这一核心工作最基础的工作。近几年来颁布的几个幼儿园的相关政策法规中的相关内容也明确指出了幼儿园保育工作在幼儿园工作中的重要地位。保育工作迅猛发展的同时，也逐渐反映出来其中存在的问题。笔者就其实习所在幼儿园中出现的几个问题进行探讨研究，以期使这些问题得到进一步的解决，使保育工作更好更有效地进行。
