Abstract: For children, with hand fine motor flexible all has certain promoting effect on their physical and mental development. In view of this, this article through the observation method and interview method, investigation on F kindergarten children hand fine motor development level, the main children's independent completed by manual work ability, do morning exercises related courses of action standard degree, schools and family education and other aspects of the analysis of the present situation, and analyze causes. On this basis, put forward to promote child hand development suggestions of the school and the family fine motor attention provide appropriate aids to improve teachers' quality, scientific planning and teaching contents; increase the use rate of children's fingers.

农村中班幼儿手部精细动作的发展现状及对策——以F幼儿园为例
幼儿的智力发展是体现在手部运动发展上的，锻炼双手的技能，发展双手的运动能力可以间接促进大脑的发展，使神经细胞更为丰富敏感，孩子就可以变得更加聪明。[1]所以及早的培养幼儿的动手能力，小肌肉动作的发展是尤为重要的。幼儿小肌肉动作也称为精细动作，主要指手部的活动，包括手眼协调、指尖动作、手指屈伸等局部动作。[2]幼儿是通过手指的触摸来感受世界的，对于幼儿来说，具有灵活的手指动作对其身体发展和心理发展都具有一定的促进作用，是幼儿未来接受新知识以及身体动作与大脑的协调的基础。
一、手部精细动作的概述
（一）手部精细动作的概念
手部精细动作是指个体凭借手掌和手指等部位的小肌肉或小肌肉群的运动，在感知觉、注意等多方面心理活动的配合下完成特定任务的能力。[3]在幼儿的发展过程中，手部精细动作帮助幼儿开启对这个世界的认知以及完成一些基本动作，为幼儿未来完成更加复杂的身体运动打下良好的基础。
