Abstract: the kindergarten and home visits, as an important form of cooperation, has a unique advantage and role. Practice shows, home visits as a face full of humane care for children, communication, parents, teachers have an irreplaceable role, should cause the attention of parents and teachers. This study through the investigation into a kindergarten in Zhengzhou city home visits, home visits, found that a mere formality parents enthusiasm is not high and the homeland coordination problem is not strong , to find out the teachers ability is weak, lagging educational concept and system of home visits and other issues need to be improved, put forward to improve the professional competence , set up the new concept of parent education and improve the home visits mechanism effective strategy system.

幼儿园家访现状研究——以郑州市某幼儿园小班为例
《幼儿园教育指导纲要》（试行）明确指出：“家庭是幼儿园重要的合作伙伴。应本着尊重、平等、合作的原则，争取家长的理解、支持和主动参与，并支持、帮助家长提高教育能力。”[1]家访，作为家园合作的一种重要形式，有着独特的优势与作用，不能被其他形式取代，应该引起家长和教师的重视家访对于改善家长育儿态度和育儿能力，以及促进儿童的健康发展具有重要影响，还可以使教师更深层次地与家长交流，深入细致地了解儿童，并且有助于教师有效地进行教学工作。
