摘要:长期以来,在我们的教育中,总是不乏有后进生,他们的存在让许多老师都倍感头疼,而转化后进生这一普遍却又极其严重的问题,一直困扰着很多老师。本研究主要以Z同学为研究对象,通过观察法、访谈法以及跟踪研究法,对该后进生及对其的转化进行研究,其中,对个案情况进行了深入的了解,分析了其成为后进生的原因,其中包括自身原因、家庭原因以及学校原因三个方面,并根据该同学的基本情况进行了有针对性的转化,在观察转化效果的同时适时调整转化措施,最后又对其转化过程进行了深入的分析和思考。34977 毕业论文关键词:小学;后进生;转化教育
Action Research on the Conversion Process of the Underachiever Z
Abstract: For a long time, there has been no lack of underachievers in our education, whose existence has become a sore point for many teachers. The transformation of underachievers, a common but serious problem, has been plagued by many teachers. This research mainly took student Z as the research object, observation method, interview method and tracking study are the major methods. And during this research, I had an in-depth understanding of student A, and analyzed the reasons to be an underachiever student, including personal reasons, family reasons and school reasons, in addition, according to the basic situation the student was targeted transformation, and in the observation of the transformation effect, I adjusted the transformation timely, finally, the transformation process has been carried on the analysis and thinking.
