A Study and investigation of Present Situation of and Measures for teachers team structure of primary and secondary school in Zhoukou
Abstract: In 2014, the study is to investigate henan zhoukou city bureau of education of the teachers' information based on statistical data, using methods of literature, questionnaire, comparative analysis, statistical analysis and other scientific research methods, from the number of teachers structure, title structure of teachers, teachers degree structure, age structure, subject structure, six aspects such as teachers' gender structure to system present situation analysis of zhoukou city primary and secondary school teachers team structure.

城区中小学教师队伍结构现状调查研究
引言
正如加里宁所说的“教师是人类灵魂的工程师”。教师是人类文明的传播者，是人类潜能的开发者[1]。教师是国家最宝贵的人力资源，是发展教育、实行素质教育的最基础的资源[2]。教师队伍的整体素质关系着国家教育事业的发展， 所以优化教师队伍结构[3]，提高教师素质是促进素质教育的前提[10]。
本次数据统计的是城区13所小学，20所初级中学，3所高级中学中教师的数量、教师的职称、教师的学历、教师的年龄、教授学科和教师的性别。通过数据分析、作图比较来观察教师队伍的结构。

数量结构就是指整体中各种不同类型数量的比例。
