Abstract: The education practice for primary education major is an significant part of training primary school teachers, an essential to the teaching practice that achieving primary school education training goal, an important way of combining theory and practice. This study takes normal college primary school education major as the research object, through this aspect of practice way, practice time, practice contents, practice process to explore the problems existing in the professional education practice, and analyze the cause of problem. In order to improve the professional educational practice, this study put forward some concrete countermeasures for innovate practice mode, optimize the course structure, strengthen the practice guidance.

小学教育专业教育实习的问题及对策
教育实习是高等院校为了实现理论联系实际的教育理念、培养师范生养成实践性能力的重要组成部分,也是实现师范生培养目标的关键举措。教育实习质量的高低，直接影响着师范生实际教学能力的培育与师范生的自身发展[1]。小学教育专业教育实习是师范院校小学教育专业学生在带队老师的带领下，亲自参与小学的教育教学实践，提高自己教育教学能力的一项实践活动。教育实习效果的优劣不光对师资培训的质量有影响，而且还对教师上岗后的教学效果有影响[2]。因此，本文以周口师范学院小学教育专业为研究对象，通过问卷调查、访谈、观察等方法分析研究该专业的教育实习近况，探究该专业教育实习存在的问题、以及针对这些问题，分析其成因，提出一些具体可行的对策。
一、小学教育专业教育实习存在的问题
在本次研究过程中，随机发放了60份问卷，发放对象为周口师范学院小学教育本科班、专升本两个班级，回收48份问卷，回收率80%。其中集中实习的有24人，顶岗实习20人，其他4人。此外，结合访谈、观察等方法，发现周口师范学院小学教育专业的教育实习主要存在以下问题：
