Experimental Study on Self-esteem of the Prisoner's Dilemma Model
Abstract: Self-esteem is an important mediator variable between personality and behavior. With the development of society， the competition and cooperation between people become a universal phenomenon. Different levels of self-esteem of people reacting to competition and cooperation is also a serious impact on people's daily life. In view of this paper through the experiment，the different level of self-esteem of the Zhoukou normal college students' reaction of facing the competition and cooperation were investigated， mainly with the questionnaire to screen out the different levels of self-esteem of subjects， and to study different levels of self-esteem of people are investigated in the face of competition and cooperation through the reaction of the realistic scenarios simulation. In order to grasp and forecast reaction after the incident and find a better way to deal with this in the real life. The research will rich self-esteem study on the cooperation and competition reaction. There is no significant effect of self-esteem on inpidual competition and cooperation.

大学生自尊水平对囚徒困境中反应模式的实验研究
1 引言
随着社会文明的发展，市场贸易的进一步开放，我国的高等教育人口也快速增长着，大学生正面临着比过去更为激烈的竞争，竞争也起着越发巨大的作用。自尊是一种比较稳定的人格特征，研究者已开始重视其对竞争，合作的影响。
1.1关于自尊的研究
自尊作为人格与行为之间一种的稳定的中介变量。以往研究显示自尊是个体对自我的能力、品质的一种自重，自爱的情感体验以及对人生奋斗目标的认知。美国心理学家布兰登认为自尊是一个人迫切的、必不可少的基本需求，个体行为受自尊的显著影响，自尊是人的一个稳固内在的属性[1]。同时，许多研究也表明：不同自尊水平的人，特别是高自尊与低自尊这两种处于自尊水平两端者，其能力、品质、社会认可、行为特点等几个方面各不相同，Baumeister通过实验证明高自尊者比低自尊者更开放、冒险。而且在行为失败后，低自尊者比高自尊者更加可能的采用批评自我和责备自我的归因方式， 即把消极生活事件做内部归因[2]。国内的许多研究表明，自尊对个体行为、认知、人格有重要的影响，有人认为大学生不同的自尊水平与具体的应对方式具有显著相关[3]。但这些研究对不同自尊水平应对竞争合作的方式涉及较少。通过分析比较上述自尊的研究，可以发现，个体在为目标努力的过程中所感受到的成功与失败的体验很大程度上决定了自尊的高低，并进一步影响个体努力实现目标过程中的人与事件及其之间关系。自尊表达了一种肯定或否定的态度，表现了个体认为自己是被认可的、尊重的、有能力的和重要的程度。
