摘要:为了探讨高三学生的情绪应对与心理健康的关系,研究采用《中学生情绪应对策略问卷》和《中学生心理健康量表》,对186名高三学生进行问卷调查,结果表明:(1)情绪表达、积极情绪调节、消极情绪调节均与心理健康呈现正相关,情绪加工与心理健康无显著相关;(2)高三学生正确地使用情绪应对可以有效的促进心理健康;(3)针对不同性别的高三学生,男生更愿意采用情绪加工,而女生较男生相比,既愿意采用积极情绪的调节也愿意采用消极情绪的调节,需要具体分析来帮助心理文持一个稳定的健康状态。31458 毕业论文关键词: 高三学生;情绪应对;心理健康
(A study on)The Relationship between Emotion-focused coping and Mental health in Senior high school students
——The second high school in DanCheng city as an example
Abstract: To explore the relationship between emotion-focused coping and mental health in senior high school students. This paper did a random measurement of 186 senior three student's by using the questionnaire “strategies of middle school student's to cope with their emotion” and “The mental health measurement table aiming at middle school student's ”. According to the two measurement table, The related results showed that : (1) the processing of emotion in four dimensions, the expressing of emotion, positive emotion and negative emotion are all positively related to mental health, Emotional processing is no significant correlation with mental health. (2) High school students of senior three use the correct emotion coping can effectively promote the mental health. (3) In view of the senior students of different gender, boys are more likely to adopt emotional processing, when compared to girls than boys, is willing to adopt positive emotion regulation also willing to use the regulation of negative emotions, concrete analysis is needed to help maintain a stable psychological health state.
