Abstract: Traditional teaching type teaching mode is inflexible, no life, for the all-round development of students is undoubtedly more harm than good. The group cooperation, inquiry by yourself "teaching model in six aspects and give full play to the subjectivity of students and teachers in the teaching process, just learning tasks and direction of the author, the students in the learning process of the students, to truly complete the task of learning process to students to explore independently and cooperatively, the students in the independent inquiry and team cooperation learning, learn to cooperate, learn to learn， to communicate, and self-management. For the growth of thinking, learning, cooperative, good expression of new-type talents to meet the social development need fully prepared! Based on the literature method, interview method and action research method as the research approach, this teaching mode from the perspective of six step teaching method, application, reflection on the application aspects of multi angle , and strive to provide the understanding and application of this teaching mode can rely on a clear learning resources for learners!

——以《平行四边形的面积》为例
传统的教学法以教师讲学生听的传授法为主，学生的主体性和能动性被极大程度地扼杀了，虽然学生在这种教学方式下会在短时间内接收到大量知识，但这种填鸭式教学法能给学生带来的只是经过反复练习强化得来的高分，但对学生的学习能力、交流能力、合作能力、管理能力等各个方面的培养和锻炼无疑是少之又少的，而学生要想成为适应现代社会发展的21世纪合格接班人，这些能力的欠缺无疑是致命的……所以，我们要想培养出符合21世纪发展要求的人，首先必须改变传统的教育法、真正把课堂交给学生、充分发挥学生的主体性、让学生在自主探究与合作交流的民主课堂中不断培养和提高自己的各方面能力！
